She was once something of a style icon, with thousands of teenage girls around the world trying to emulate her look.
But it seems Vanessa Hudgens' trendsetting days are over, judging by pictures of the actress out with boyfriend Austin Butler yesterday.
The 23-year-old actress had clearly attempted to create a hippy chic look with her torn jeans, floppy hat and fringed handbag, but the outfit left a lot to be desired - making High School Musical star Vanessa look scruffy instead.

Vanessa teamed her jeans with a shearling-trimmed jacket and white vest top which was so low-cut that it left her red bra exposed.
The young starlet donned the outfit for a trip to the supermarket with new beau Butler and former High School Musical co-star Ashley Tisdale.

And Ashley clearly enjoyed being whizzed down the aisles of the Ralph's grocery store, tweeting a picture with the accompanying message: 'This Is how we food shop- with Austin and Nessa.'

After splitting from her partner of two years, at least Ashley can fall back on her good friend Vanessa when times get lonely.

Ashley had opted for a more of a rock chick look for the day out as she donned Converse trainers with a black leather jacket, sunglasses and an oversized beanie hat.

Ashley's separation from music video director Scott Speer was only announced last week and she was seen stepping out for a breakfast date with a mystery man the following day.
Vanessa and her Disney star beau had been shopping for much of the day when the blonde joined them.
Making a stop at budget store Target, they were much less tactile than they appeared to be the day before when they were spotted kissing outside a church service they were about to attend in Hollywood.

Heidi, 38, donned a huge red and white Santa coat and big black belt which set off her long toned and tanned legs nicely.
She teamed the coat - which she wore as a dress - with heels and white furry cuffs around her ankles.
The model got someone to take her picture as she stood in a lift and as she posted it to her Twitter, she wrote: 'Mrs Claus going to work'.

Meanwhile, Imogen, 29, also took to her Twitter page as she got in the saucy Santa groove while cooking an early Christmas dinner.
Dressed in a sexy red and white fur-trimmed strapless dress and thigh-high candy cane stockings, she posed for the camera as she whisked gravy in her cosy kitchen.
As she stood by her oven in her kitchen, Imogen posted the photo to her Twitter page, along with another one and said: 'Xmas time. Lush day.'

This is not the first time that Imogen has tweeted a sexy Christmas picture of herself.
Last month, she gave her followers a sneak peak from a festive photo shoot wearing very little indeed.

Imogen had just finished the shoot with fashion photographer CJ Hadlow, who is also the editor of Trés Chic magazine.
And she took to her Twitter page and wrote: ' 'Just on a shoot with the gorgeous brilliant super fab @cjtreschic christmas is gonna be ultra sexy! May post a pic in a bit ;-) x'
And post one she did, saying: 'Hello my darlings...happy early Xmas ;-.'
Imogen is set for a relaxed and stress-free Christmas at home with her family in Wales especially after a drama-filled year following her involvement in the Ryan Giggs injunction scandal.
Last week, she was spotted celebrating with a trip to Harrods after footballer Ryan Giggs yesterday accepted there was no reason to accuse her of blackmailing him.
In a High Court hearing, a judge hinted that he might lift the injunction which is supposed to ban any reporting of an alleged affair between the two, asking whether there was 'any point in maintaining the anonymity'.

About the only one not likely to give you nightmares is the image of Doug's Bad Santa handing presents to Stodden, the other poses ensure that you will jettison the usual cookies and milk this year, and then barricade the chimney.

Stodden also revealed that she lives in seven inch stilettos from the moment she gets out of bed, even when she is hiking in Hollywood with her mother and dog.
