A former Playboy playmate of the Nineties, Pammy still apparently holds her crown dear - 21 years after her centre-fold spread.
And as she thrust and gyrated around on the dance floor - throwing her peroxide blonde hair around in reckless abandon - it was clear titillation was still her mission.
The one-time Baywatch star lapped up the attention of revellers - and showed that at 44 and as a mother of two, she still has no intention of slowing down.
Anderson - who looked worse for wear and had her face caked in heavy make-up - arrived in Mexico just a day after unveiling her PETA stamp at the Hollywood Post Office.
The celeb - a staunch vegan - is a long-time support of the animal rights organisation and is featured in a new stamp campaign alongside the likes of Natalie Portman, Leona Lewis and Ellen DeGeneres.
As she promotes her new stamp, Pamela is also trying to rent out her Malibu beach house for a staggering $75,000 a month.
Pammy is listing the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home because she no longer spends that much time in California.
'I'm travelling so much these days and am enjoying a lot more time in my native Canada with my family,' Pamela wrote on her Twitter page.
'I'm finally willing to share my masterpiece - what I've co-created with a handful of green architects and designers/inspired by my favourite architect Lautner. This is my humble stab at perfection... it's a magical spot.'
